A past date in a public file can just be late paperwork. TDLR's late fee starts on day 61 after an inspection, so we wait until a unit is more than 60 days past its date before listing it. Every row links to its record, so you can check it before you act.
Pick your territory and sign up with your email. No card. You have 14 days with the real list.
When the trial ends
Once billing opens, downloads lock if you haven't subscribed. Your list and every record link stay readable. Until then, we keep extending trials. You never gave us a card, so nothing is charged.

One building. For a one-off lookup, TDLR's free search is the right tool.
Other states, or who last worked a building. ConveyanceIQ covers 26 states, and its Pro plan shows who last worked each building. liftdue covers TDLR's Texas file and New York City's five boroughs, and says nothing about who maintains an elevator. liftdue or ConveyanceIQ Pro →
Dispatch and billing too. Smarterlift also reads state elevator registries, and it runs dispatch and billing. If you want one tool for all of it, it fits better.
TDLR's search can't filter by radius or due date. liftdue does both: buildings within 25 miles, placed by street address, with units more than 60 days past their date in TDLR's file or due in the next 60. When a TDLR record we've checked shows a newer inspection, we take that unit off the past-due list.
Why pay more than a ConveyanceIQ Pro seat?
At list price, liftdue costs more per month than one ConveyanceIQ Pro seat ($199 a seat, as ConveyanceIQ publishes it). liftdue is priced per territory, not per seat. A Texas unit makes your list only once it's more than 60 days past its date in TDLR's file, since TDLR's late fee starts on day 61. Each row has the owner (where TDLR names a company) and site contact as TDLR lists them, and a link to the record. The trial needs no card. ConveyanceIQ's Pro trial asks for one. The first 10 companies pay $199/mo, the same as one Pro seat. If you need 26 states, or who last worked each building, ConveyanceIQ fits better.
What counts as one territory?
In Texas, a 25-mile radius around a ZIP code. In New York City, one borough. If we can't map a building's address yet, it's left out of your radius.
When does billing start?
Billing isn't open yet, so nothing is charged. Until it opens, we keep extending trials, so none ends before you can pay. The terms for paid plans, cancelling included, go on our terms page before then.
